Prayer Flags
The fluttering ribbons outside horse show barns reminded me of Tibetian prayer flags. When I researched prayer flags, I discovered that each one included a depiction of Lung-Ta, the Wind Horse, who carries the prayers to the Universe. If you look in the lower right corner, you'll see my rendition of a Wind Horse made of clouds....
